According to the decree of the Republic of Gabon, from April 1, 2007, all shipments to the Republic of Gabon must apply for a tracking order (BIC/BIETC certificate). Each bill of lading needs to apply for a tracking document

All goods shipped to the Republic of Gabon without a tracking document may be detained or punished at the port of destination.

In addition, the shipping company requires that the shipper must provide the Gabon BIC/BIETC number of the exported goods (some shipping companies require it to be displayed on the bill of lading) before issuing the original bill of lading, otherwise the original bill of lading cannot be issued.

1) BIC application form

2) Scanned copy of bill of lading

3) Scanned copy of commercial fp

BIC process

1) Fax or email the above information to us, and we will provide payment notice as soon as possible after receiving it.

2) Once the appropriate fee is received, we will provide a draft BIC for confirmation.

3) After confirmation, the original BIC (PDF format) will be emailed to the applicant.

The applicant needs to print out this document or forward the attachment to the consignee at the discharge port, freight forwarder or shipping company, etc.
