The Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy officially announced that Morocco's transition phase is about to end. From June 19, 2020 (the date of arrival of the goods), goods without a certificate of conformity (COC) will not be able to enter Morocco. Morocco's goods certification assessment program Consignment Based Conformity Assessment (CBCA) is mandatory. The program focuses on product compliance with standards and risk management, and issues certificates of conformity based on the assessment results of compliance with standards. All importers and exporters trading in Morocco must comply with government requirements. Depending on the category of the product, verification should be carried out in the country of export or destination of the corresponding product. All regulated products must obtain.

Morocco COC certification latest news, just recently, the Moroccan Ministry of Economy announced that from January 1, 2021, products under control exported to Morocco will not be tested at the Moroccan port of destination, and the COC certificate must be obtained in advance before shipment. Exporters must verify the controlled products before export. Those who fail to apply for a certificate after arriving at the port of destination will be punished, so we must apply for a COC certificate in time to avoid losses.

3. Gas / fuel appliances

4. Toys, children's amusement equipment and furniture

5. Textiles, shoes, leather and clothing

6. Chemical products (detergent, paint, asphalt, lighter, etc.)

7. Plastic products

8. Food contact products

9. Personal protective equipment, motorcycle helmet, etc.

10. Auto parts (tires, etc.)

If the above products, these are controlled by the exporting country at the destination port, it is necessary to apply for inspection before loading the container. And the product can be shipped only after the inspection is passed. Otherwise, it cannot be reissued.
